Roshem Real Estate holds ISO certifications covering quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. The certifications apply to the company’s management systems and the activities specified in the relevant certificates.

Founded in 2003, Roshem operates in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, offering services in real estate development and ownership, marketing, investment, property management, financing solutions, and financial and engineering consulting. The company began its operations in Riyadh before expanding into surrounding areas and entering the Jeddah market in 2020, where it undertook residential building projects in several neighborhoods.

Roshem Real Estate ISO Certifications

The certifications cover three areas of management: quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety. They address the processes used to manage quality, the environmental responsibilities associated with business activities, and the identification and management of workplace risks. The specific requirements and activities covered are defined in each certificate.

Certification Scope and Official Documentation

Roshem’s official Certifications page provides further information about the certifications. The original documents specify the applicable ISO standards and editions, the issuing certification body, the activities covered, and the dates of issue. The certifications apply to the management systems within their documented scope; they do not, by themselves, mean that individual buildings or real estate projects have been separately certified.
